Activate Your Core is a core workout video series that educates you on the core muscles and how to engage them so that you can build strength from the inside out. The first video shows you each core muscles and provides an in-depth way to discover it in your own body. The next four videos focus on one or two core muscles by providing several core workouts for you to challenge and strengthen the muscles. The final video puts everything together in an overall core workout. Also included is a bonus video focused on strengthening the wrists, so that you can safely bear weight on your hands. Hearing your instructor say, "engage your core," will never be the same!

    Your muscles will do their thing, but when you take the time to learn the muscles and what they do you'll be able to activate them in a way you've never felt. this video breaks down all the muscles of the core and teaches you how to find them.

    One of the main functions of the core is to stabilize the pelvis, this video works on long holds and stability building with core stabilizing poses and is the foundation of the rest of the videos.

    Developing strong hip flexors is a key to core strength and stability. Grab and pair of socks and blocks if you have them.

  • Core 4: Obliques

    This video focuses on the external and internal obliques, core muscles that stabilize the pelvis and help you twist and side bend. Grab a pair of socks and blocks if you have them.

  • Core 5: Glutes & Spinal Extensors

    The glutes and spinal extensors are often overlooked when doing core exercises, but having an overall strong core is essential to a strong and sustainable body.
