Activate Your Press-Up is an online handstand video series designed to give you all the tools you need to find your lift off into press-up handstand. Press-up handstand takes patience and dedication, but it's worth it! developing the strength to shift and lift your body will empower you and bring fun and freedom to your practice you need thought possible. You don't need to be a handstand master to start working toward your press-up. This series is organized in a way that overall alignment is separated from practice along videos so you can get the most out of your time. Each of these videos starts with core drills to prep and train your body for the day's press-up handstand practice. Working on press-up will develop strength and control you’ve never felt.
